Punctuation etc.

Found this post on Art.Lebedev Studio through the Ministry of Type the other day. Although some of the tips are well known to designers and can also be found in the book The Mac is Not a Typewriter, I still thought it was worth a look and of some interest to those who aren't familiar with the finer techniques of type "massage". So...

Most of you have probably noticed I don't post as frequently as I used to. Things have been busy and quite different in my little world since our move to Texas. I've decided to start a business and most of my time has been spent getting things ready.
I plan to keep posting, but will probably cut down to about once a week for now. I hope you still find this site and it's archives a good resource. Thanks for reading and for your feedback!

More Paper

Here's another creative example of paper usage.

Etsy: Haru

This amazes me. I have been saving all my paper sample books and stock image sample booklets because I can't stand the thought of sending them to the landfill when all I have to do is think of something creative to use them for. And look at this! This Etsy seller has come up with the perfect idea. If only it were mine . . .CLICK HERE to visit the shop.

Brocade

Found these photos by Eugenio Recuenco on Brocade Homes blog, Brocade Design etc. (I'll be adding it to my blog roll which I must admit needs some organization soon.) I loved the color scheme and dramatic moods in these photos and in the photographers portfolio. Go take a look at all three of these sites and enjoy.
